At Cue Care, we aim to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Orders that include tip fitting or customization services may require additional processing time of 2–5 business days, depending on workload.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.

Cue Care ships only to the UK (at the moment) if anything changes overtime the international policy is confirmed below.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Cue Care is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect details, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the item.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit:
