Cue Oil - Tung

Choosing the right oil for your cue is essential, as it impacts the wood’s appearance, durability, and upkeep.  

Tung oil is a superb option for finishing and protecting cues, offering both durability and a beautiful finish. Sourced from the seeds of the tung tree (Vernicia fordii), native to China and parts of Asia, this natural oil is a popular wood finish. It soaks deeply into the wood fibres and hardens upon exposure to air, creating a tough, water-resistant protective layer. 

Always wear protective gloves when handling cue oils.
